The story, values, and people behind Tatvaam by Sheetal
Tatvaam began the way all good things do — with genuine love for a tradition. Our founder grew up in a household where the after-meal ritual of mukhwas was sacred. Not just a candy or a breath freshener, but a carefully curated blend of seeds, spices and dried flowers — each chosen for its taste, its aroma, and its benefits for digestion and wellbeing.
What started as a family recipe evolved into a passion project — and then into a mission. Years were spent perfecting each blend, sourcing the finest fennel seeds from Gujarat, cardamom from Kerala, rose petals from Rajasthan. Every ingredient has a story, every batch is made by hand.
Tatvaam — Sanskrit for "That thou art" — reflects the belief that what we put into our bodies is a reflection of who we are. Our mukhwas is not just a product. It is an intention. A ritual. A moment of pause and pleasure after every meal, rooted in the wisdom of generations.

Sheetal is the heart and soul behind every Tatvaam blend — a passionate food artisan who brings decades of culinary knowledge, a deep respect for Ayurvedic traditions, and an unwavering commitment to quality to every product she creates. When she isn't blending, she's sourcing — visiting farms, spice markets, and artisans to find the finest ingredients India has to offer. Her philosophy is simple: if you wouldn't serve it to your own family, it doesn't leave the kitchen.
