We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Payment must be completed at the time of ordering.
We do not store any payment card information on our servers. All payment data is handled securely by Razorpay under PCI DSS standards.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 may attract a delivery fee displayed at checkout.
Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
As our products are consumable food items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been dispatched.
However, we will issue a full replacement or refund in the following circumstances:
To claim a replacement or refund, you must contact us at tatvaam9@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photographs of the issue. Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Our products contain tree nuts, seeds, and various spices. They are manufactured in an environment that handles nuts and spices. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that products are free from all allergens.
